Meet Richard Le, a transformational coach and founder of Teen Leadership Academy, where young leaders learn to master their emotions, shape their identity, and lead with confidence.
Richard equips teens with psychology-based tools to overcome anxiety, self-doubt, and emotional overwhelm—in real time. He helps them transform confusion into clarity, and potential into power.
Richard’s journey into identity-based transformation wasn’t born out of theory—it was forged in fire. At just 17 years old, he was introduced to the legendary Jim Rohn, and his mind was never the same. That single moment ignited a lifelong obsession with personal development, psychology, leadership, and human behavior.
By 21, Richard underwent a life-altering transformational workshop through Compass Trainings, a high-impact leadership and personal growth program. He spent years volunteering as a life coach and mentor, refining his ability to break people free from their old patterns and push them into powerful breakthroughs. At 23, he became a certified Neuro-Linguistic Programming (NLP) practitioner and hypnotherapist, taking his skills to the next level.
From there, Richard relentlessly pursued psychology and human behavior, not through academia, but through raw, hands-on experience and first-principles thinking. He self-studied everything from Dissociative Identity Disorder (DID) to cognitive science, applying his expertise not just in theory—but in real-life transformations. His obsession with practical psychology has helped people lose weight, rebuild relationships, and scale their businesses.
At the core of his coaching is identity-level transformation—built on aligning the three core drivers of identity: beliefs, values, and fears.
1️⃣ Beliefs – The 3 Core Demands
We all carry invisible beliefs formed by life experience, often shaped by unmet emotional “demands” we place on: Ourselves, Others, and Life. Richard helps teens expose and rewire these belief systems, turning internal conflict into clarity and confidence.
2️⃣ Values – The 7 Human Needs
Every decision a teen makes is an attempt to meet one or more of these needs:
Certainty, Variety, Significance, Connection, Love, Growth, and Contribution. But when values are misaligned, they chase what feels good and avoid what’s truly good. Richard teaches teens how to realign their values so they can meet their deepest needs in empowering, sustainable ways.
3️⃣Fears – The 2 Deepest Fears Under every emotional struggle lie the two deepest fears:
“I’m not enough.”
“If I’m not enough, I won’t be loved.”
These fears quietly drive perfectionism, procrastination, anxiety, and self-sabotage.
Richard helps teens confront these fears head-on—not with hype, but with scientifically grounded tools that rewire their nervous system for self-worth and resilience.
💬 Client Feedback:
"This is way better than therapy!"
Richard has no degree or certifications—just results. he’s a breakthrough coach with 10+ years of hands-on experience helping people get real results faster than most talk therapy ever could. His work is rooted in science, psychology, and reality—not trends, feel-good advice, or surface-level motivation.
